About Me
Melissa Grant is a native Washingtonian who lives in North Bend with her husband, Mark, and their dog, Bee. She is the longtime publisher of Living Snoqualmie, a regional news outlet covering the Snoqualmie Valley.
After years of writing about the community around her, Melissa began writing fiction and is currently working on a middle-grade fantasy series. When she isn’t writing or publishing, she photographs backyard birbs, takes walks with Bee, enters writing contests, and continues her lifelong campaign against hot weather.
